Motion Tween

To create a motion teen you need to open flash. Open a new file and select rectangle tool and on your stage set a shape. Next select your shape and set a motion tween. Then move your shape so you get a line to where it will move. There are ways to change the color and with and hight of the shape so as the frames move it appears to be doing different things.
